We’ll send you a dispatch confirmation as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Standard UK delivery arrives in 2–3 working days via Royal Mail.

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has left our studio. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: express delivery does not mean next-day from the point of ordering — it applies from the date your order is dispatched. We’ll always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Occasional delays can happen around bank holidays, peak periods such as Christmas and New Year, and during periods of high demand. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to speed things up — but we’ll always do everything we can to help.
If your order is more than 5 working days past your expected delivery date, please get in touch with your order number and we’ll investigate straight away.
