Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. If we haven’t started processing it yet, we can cancel and issue a full refund. After that point, unfortunately we’re unable to make changes.

Contact us as quickly as possible at info@betterdaystudio.co.uk with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t been dispatched we can update it. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll refund the product cost minus a £1 admin fee and any delivery charges.

If your order is more than 5 working days late after your expected delivery date, please get in touch with your order number and we’ll investigate. Delays occasionally happen around bank holidays and peak periods — once dispatched, we’re unable to speed things up, but we’ll always do our best to help.

We’re currently only shipping within the UK. We’re working on expanding this — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

We use 100gsm ivory cream FSC® certified paper throughout our journals and planners — it’s thick, smooth and beautiful to write on. Covers vary by product; details are listed on each individual product page.
