Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return.

Return postage costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll refund the product cost in full.

how to return

Get in touch
Email us at info@betterdaystudio.co.uk with your order number and name within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know the reason for your return and we’ll get back to you promptly.

Send it back
Pack the item securely in its original condition and send it back to us. Return postage is at your own cost — we recommend using a tracked service so you have proof of postage.

Receive your refund
Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

refunds

Refunds cover the full cost of the product, minus any original delivery charges. We’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return.

If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected from the post office or was undeliverable due to an incomplete address, we’ll refund the product cost minus a £1 admin and restocking fee and any delivery charges paid.

damaged or faulty items

We’re so sorry if you’ve received something that isn’t right. Please email us at info@betterdaystudio.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

For damaged or faulty items, return postage is covered by us.

exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

We are unable to accept returns on
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Items not in their original condition
