All orders are processed between 1-3 working days. We will send you a dispatch email as soon as your order has left our HQ.
Our Free Standard Shipping is with Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually takes between 2-4 working days to delivery.
In line with Royal Mail processing guidelines - Items that have not arrived (within the UK) will only be eligible for a refund if it has been 21 days from dispatch. If you have placed an order from outside of the UK, you will only be eligible for a refund if it has been 40 days from dispatch.
We offer two types of delivery upgrades:
Royal Mail 1st Class Shipping can be upgraded at checkout. We can upgrade your delivery to 1st Class Post which typically takes 1-2 working days to deliver.
Items that have not arrived in a timely manner (within the UK) will only be eligible for a refund if it has been 20 days from dispatch. If you have ordered outside of the UK, you will only be eligible for a refund if it has been 60 days from dispatch.
Please note: Our Royal Mail services are untracked. We only receive delivery confirmation when delivery has been attempted. If you would like to track your order, please opt for the Tracked Courier service.
Tracked Courier Delivery We can ship your items with one of our trusted courier partners and deliver within 1 day. Please keep in mind that the 1 day delivery is only after we dispatch. Our processing time remains the same, but we will do our best to dispatch the very next day.
Sometimes Royal Mail face delivery delays. This can be around bank holidays, peak shipping periods such as Christmas & New year and recently during national pandemics.
Once we have dispatched the items, we are unable to speed up delivery and delays are unfortunately out of our control.
If your items are more than 5 working days delayed please contact us and we will do our best to investigate.
In case the package is returned to us, for the following reasons:
- Not collected from the Post Office
- Undelivered due to an incomplete message
We will refund the charges, minus a £2 admin and restocking fee and minus any delivery charges paid (in case of international or upgraded delivery)
Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the price and is the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office directly prior to placing the order.
If the duty isn't paid and items are returned to us, we can refund the order, minus shipping fees. Personalised items are not refundable.
Returns & Refunds
We truly hope you love your new purchase. On the off chance that you want to return it, please email us with your order number and name within 14 days of delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs, and refunds will be processed on receiving the item in the original condition.
We are unable to refund personalised items or products purchased on sale.
Once we receive your products, we will refund you the full cost of your product, minus any upgraded delivery cost.
If you believe your item is damaged or faulty, please refer to our 'Damaged/Faulty Products' section below, as our process is varied for this.
We are so sorry that you have received a damaged or faulty product. Please do email us at email@example.com with images of the issues, and we can offer you a replacement product or refund (where applicable) on verification.
If you need to cancel your order or make any changes to the delivery address, please contact as within 1 hour of placing your order.
If we are able to cancel your order before we start processing it, we will refund your complete payment.
